The CA Tech Level 4 Kit takes the Maverick R suspension upgrade a step further by adding our heavy-duty boxed trailing arms to the complete Level 3 package.

The trailing arms are laser cut from 11-gauge steel and CNC bent for precise fitment. Additional gusseting reinforces high-impact areas, while the high-clearance design provides 3 inches of additional ground clearance compared to the factory trailing arms.

Kit Includes

  • High Clearance Radius Rods: Complete six-rod set machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum with FK heim joints, sway bar relocation brackets, spacers, and hardware.
  • Complete Tie Rod Kit: 7075 aluminum inner tie rods and steering rack flag, 4140 chromoly outer tie rod ends, FK joints, stainless steel spacers, and mounting hardware.
  • High Clearance Boxed Lower Control Arms: 11-gauge Grade 50 steel construction with 2.9 inches of additional ground clearance and preinstalled UHMW bushings.
  • Boxed Upper Control Arms: CA Tech boxed upper control arms for the Maverick R.
  • Heavy-Duty Boxed Trailing Arms: Reinforced steel trailing arms featuring additional gusseting in high-impact areas and 3 inches of increased ground clearance.

Available Configurations

This kit is offered for supported 2-seater, 4-seater, and XRC configurations. Ball Joint and Uniball lower control arm options are available where listed. The Uniball version includes the necessary uniball bearings and pins.

Fitment & Warranty

Select the correct year, model, seating configuration (where applicable), and joint type before ordering. Lower control arm installation requires the specified brake line routing.

CA Tech's lifetime warranty applies to eligible components. Bearings, heims, bushings, pins, and other wear items are excluded.
