The CA Tech Level 5 Kit is our most complete Maverick R suspension and steering package. It includes everything in the Level 4 Kit and adds our steering damper system to help reduce steering wheel feedback through rough terrain.

The steering damper uses a custom FOX damper with a billet aluminum mounting system designed to attach directly to the steering rack using factory mounting points. The damper is positioned parallel to the rack to help manage steering forces without adding unnecessary side loading.

Kit Includes

  • High Clearance Radius Rods: Complete six-rod set machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum with FK heim joints, sway bar relocation brackets, double shear brackets, spacers, and hardware.
  • Complete Tie Rod Kit: 7075 aluminum inner tie rods and steering rack flag, 4140 chromoly outer tie rod ends, FK joints, stainless steel spacers, and mounting hardware.
  • High Clearance Boxed Lower Control Arms: 11-gauge Grade 50 steel construction with 2.9 inches of additional ground clearance and preinstalled UHMW bushings.
  • Boxed Upper Control Arms: CA Tech boxed upper control arms for the Maverick R.
  • Heavy-Duty Boxed Trailing Arms: Reinforced 11-gauge steel construction with additional gusseting and 3 inches of increased ground clearance.
  • Steering Damper Kit: Custom FOX damper, billet aluminum mounting components, mounting hardware, and coolant line bracket. The system bolts to existing mounting points without welding, drilling, or frame modification.

Available Configurations

Available for supported Maverick R models, including applicable 2-seater, 4-seater, and XRC configurations. 

Ball Joint or Uniball

Choose the lower control arm of your preference. The Uniball version includes the required uniball bearings and pins. Ball Joint version will reuse OEM or OEM equivalent ball joints. 

The lower control arms use a relocated brake line mounting position to help protect the brake line during use.

Important Steering Damper Fitment Note

If your Maverick R has had its steering rack replaced with a new rack from Can-Am, you will need the 2026 steering damper version, regardless of your machine's original model year.

Please contact us before ordering if your steering rack has been replaced so we can confirm the correct damper configuration.

Warranty & Custom Colors

CA Tech's lifetime warranty applies to eligible components. Wear items, including bearings, heims, bushings, and pins, are excluded. Some steering damper components are also excluded from lifetime coverage.
