If you have owned your RZR or other UTV you have probably learned of the importance in keeping your wheel bearings in perfect operating condition. With our tool you will relieve the strain of that time consuming task.
Polaris UTV bearings are known to contain little grease right off the shelf, so it is advised to grease your bearings now, new or old. A simple job will go a long way towards preserving the overall mechanical condition of your investment.
With the OEM bearing tool it is required to remove the axle at least, and in most cases the entire hub it's self, adding hours to your maintenance time. With our tool all that is required is removing your wheel, brake caliper, and spindle providing wide open access to the bearing. Then simply slide our tool in and use your grease gun to lubricate your bearings. Our tool has many benefits.

Please be advised, that though we strive to make our tool as simple to use as possible, that differences in end user tools may require additional work. It has come to our attention that certain grease gun ends may require you to remove the two radius arm bolts and sliding the axle inwards slightly to allow room for your end to snap on. If you have any questions with these please contact us.
Although we have put effort into compiling this list. Please verify fitment before ordering.
We have had questions regarding the hub conversions on the 800 RZR models. The answer is yes it will work even if you have not had the hub conversions. The conversion was a Polaris upgrade for the 09 and early 10 model years. Then became standard equipment. It was first believed by many 800 RZR owners that the upgraded part was completely different. However, the bearings are all the same between all models. The difference is the later model and early model upgrade kits, hubs were stronger and thus had a different design. So to answer people questions we made sure to note that this tool DOES in fact fit all front 800 bearings in all models.
